Winter Looks with Pura Vida Bracelets

Hello everyone and Happy 2017! As this past year seems like it flew by in a blink of an eye, it was definitely a year of much needed learning and growing - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. 

Last January is when I launched hellogabrielle as a blog, and to think that a whole year has gone by since this all began is crazy. If you were to tell me a year ago that all of the exciting opportunites that happened to me in 2016 were to happen all because I finally created my blog, I would think you were crazy. From interning with College Fashionista, to being featured on MTV's website, to hosting a back to school event with Teen Vogue, to the many collaborations with various companies, and now my current internship with XO Planners - this year has been an extremely huge blessing in my life. So many new friendships, adventures, and memories all blossomed in this past year, and overall I was extremely satisfied with 2016. So 2017, I have high hopes for you!

In this blog post, I wanted to show you how to put together some cute winter accessories to create an adorable winter look.

I've teamed up with Pura Vida Bracelets to show you how to style their hand made accessories during the winter. I'm all about layering bracelets, so I layered different styles of bracelets with like colors (as you can see, lots of black because I love to keep it neutral).

Sweaters and layers are my go-tos when trying to stay warm in the cold winter months. However, it can sometimes be tricky to look cute while following this strategy. For this look, I found a cute cream sweater with grey details on the sleeves and front of the sweater. I threw on a faux fur vest to create the layered look. To match with the sweater, a pom pom cream knit beanie is a must to keep my head nice and warm.

Jeans and leggings are always an easy go to in the winter, but what about those times when you really want to wear a skirt? Here's an easy solution - knee high socks and a pair of boots! 

Rings are one of my favorite accessories, and this Pura Vida silver wave ring has to be one of my favorites. It is a nice little reminder of the warm, summer weather and spending countless days at the beach.
